You should know what the next step costs before you take it. So the engagement is split in four, and you can stop after any of them.

A conversation
30 minutes, free. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it.

Scoping
One to two weeks at a fixed price. You get a concrete plan with an estimate — and it's yours, whether or not we build it.

Build
Fixed price on a scope we both understand. You see something working along the way — not only at the end.

Running it
We stay if you want us to. If you take it over, you get the documentation and the access without an argument.
