Quotes and agreement
A quote is valid for 30 days. The agreement is made in writing, and the scope stated in the quote is what has been agreed. Changes along the way are priced separately before they are carried out.
Prices and payment
All prices exclude VAT. Fixed-price work is normally invoiced 50% at start and 50% on delivery. Payment terms are net 14 days.
Delivery and acceptance
On delivery you have 14 days to review the work. Defects relative to the agreed scope are fixed at no charge. Requests for something other than what was agreed are new work.
Rights
Once the invoice is paid, you own the code written specifically for you, together with documentation and access. General tools and libraries we reuse across clients remain ours.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operation and lost profit.
